Hi friends, In this pandemic situation everybody is indoor might be doing exercise and yoga and some of may not to increase your immunity . I'm going to tell you all the different types of yoga's to boost your immunity . First you need to know about yoga and some of may be knowing about it. The yoga word comes from the Sanskirt root.'YUJ' means to yolk, unite or connect. The actual meaning of yoga is Union of human being with the Divine.This is our true life purpose. This is our ultimate Goal. Yoga is group of physical, mental and spiritual parctices or disciplines which originated in ancient INDIA.
