Deep breathing

Hi friends , welcome back    
                              we come to yoga for many reasons in our day today life we have much stress and tensions. So relief from stress ,increased flexibility ,strength ,increase immunity and spiritual connection ultimately we come to yoga.
                             Yoga for immunity is a constant practice of yoga along with certain poses in particular way can support and boost the immune system. So today we are going to start with a first pose that is deep breathing. This is one of the best yoga pose can act as simplest and effective way to boost immunity and also positive energy into your body. In this we do only deep breathing which alleviates stress harmon, smoothen the hearth rate and this all is beneficial for immunity.
Now we will see how to perform' Deep breathing' 
-first we need to seat in comfortable position or sukhasana and cross your legs.
-seat straight with relax shoulder and put your hands on the knees with dhyana
mudra.
- Now relax your mind and concentrate on your breathing.
-Now inhale a deep breath which stretches to the spine and then slowly exhale
- Stay in this position for at least 20 breaths, initially you  have to start from 5 then 10 and  then 15 breaths.
